Mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, I’m learning to take care of myself.

Taking care of myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually involves deeply questioning my negative thoughts—asking ‘why’ repeatedly until my mind no longer has an answer. This moment when the mind cannot answer is crucial, as it reveals the mind’s limitations. At this threshold, I can open my heart and discover answers through a different kind of intelligence.

Many of our actions in life stem from mental conditioning that we haven’t fully examined or questioned. When the mind falls silent after thorough questioning, inquiry, and examination, true insight emerges.
